Did you know there is a new smallest man in the world?
If you did know you may be feeling the urge to point out that this "news" is a few weeks old, an observation to which I may feel the need to reply- I have ADHD and a lot of small people to think about.
Anyways, there is a new smallest man in the world and he is Fillipino and newly legal. Also he is adorable and looks a bit like a monkey, lets be honest. If you are beginning to feel insulted by this remark, let me assure you, he probably can't read.
The news of the new smallest man in the world has been reported widely on local news stations in what I feel almost certain they refer to behind-the-scenes at local news stations as "the fun segments". In these very informative smallest man in the world 30 second news briefs they described the new smallest man in the world as being extremely jovial and "looking and acting just like a baby!" A statement which, in the literal sense, can only be taken to mean one of two things, either;
A) The smallest man in the world actually is a baby
or
B) The smallest man in the world is mentally retarded
However, inside of a local news "fun segment" and in general in terms of his universal appeal, both of these possibilites are a positive advantage for the smallest man in the world.
