Is no one else concerned over the real possibility/ american inspirational placard claim that ABRAHAM LINCOLN really actually said
"Whatever you are, be a good one"
Like, does no one else have a hard time visualizing Abraham Lincoln leaning over the pulpit or whatever at Gettysburg and shaking his fist toward the audience, going "Whatever YOU are.."
And what about the slaves!?! This is a man whos most famous words start out with a "four score and seven years ago our father's"... Did he get hip and loose in his old age?
YOU MEAN BEFORE HE WAS ASSASSINATED!!?
I'm sorry Christmas Tree Shop, middle schools, kittens...the inspirational information of this vague Lincoln message just. does.not. add. up.
Am I wrong?
