the starving artist exhibit for KK5 consists of seven artists (spike kittrel, joanna jackson, bennet goodman, seth corts, shelley smith, angela chvarak, and i) who will fast for five days, creating one painting or work of art a day (same size/ same medium) in the cold cold warehouse. today is day four. solidarity! there has also been set-up a "confessional" for the starving artists, which is much more comfortable than our starving room, but sometimes is victim to blackouts.
