Sometimes its a refrain like that that gets you through. If you are going through a hard time or a literal jungle, and in that case kudos, I highly suggest committing a full song of rap lyrics to memory or even just half a rap song. You will appreciate the difficulty of rap recitation and if you persevere you will be left with a likely unprecedented sense of accomplishment. It is the closest modern equivalent to learning Shakespeare or reciting sonnets, only much cooler and probably a better party trick at most parties. But if you are that dark horse poet type you can get poetic with it too. There's really no lose here! Just saying, if you need to feel the power...learn the message.
